Recipe: chocolate cake

Ingredients: 1. flour (1 1/2 cup) 2. cocoa powder (1/2 cup) 3. baking powder (2 tea spoon) 4. powdered sugar (1 1/2 cup) 5. oil (1/4 cup) 6. milk (1/2 cup) 7. eggs (2) Method: 1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs until they double in quantity and become a bit creamy. 2. Add all the other ingredients one by one. 3. Grease a cake pan with oil/butter, and pour the batter in it. 4. Bake on medium flame for 30-50 minutes in a pre-heated gas oven (baking time can be increased, or decreased according to the heat of your oven/stove). 5. When the cake is completely baked, and if you insert a toothpick, and it comes out clean, take out from the oven, and remove from the pan on a plate. YOUR CHOCOLATE CAKE IS READY!

Recipe: Sprinkles

Ingredients:  1. Powdered sugar ( 1 tablespoon) 2. Milk ( 2 tablespoon ) 3. Food color (optional) Method: 1. In a small bowl mix powdered sugar and milk. 2. Mix well until it becomes thick. 3. Pour the batter in separate bowls and add 2-3 drops of different food colors. (optional) 4. pour in piping bags and pipe out on a plastic serving tray. 5. Let dry for 24 hours. 6. After they're completely dried scrape out and keep in a cool and dry place. YOUR SPRINKLES ARE READY!  

Recipe: Chocolate Coconut Balls

Ingredients: 1. Condensed milk (1 small tin) 2. Shredded coconut (12 cups) 3. Dark cooking chocolate (1 & 1/2 medium bar) Method: 1. Mix condensed milk and shredded coconut in a mixing bowl. 2. Keep mixing until the batter comes to a stage that's neither too wet, nor too dry, take some of it in your hands and make a ball. 3. Line a baking tray with parchment and keep the balls on it. 4. Freeze the balls in refrigerator for 2 hours, or until they turn solid. 5. Melt dark cooking chocolate in a double boiler, or in a microwave. 6. Dip the coconut balls in the melted chocolate and freeze again for 2 hours, or until the chocolate sets. 7. Sprinkle some crushed almonds, or shredded coconut. YOUR CHOCOLATE COCONUT BALLS ARE READY!
